The first day I walked into SPMA Elvis was extremely welcoming and encouraging, despite weight 185kg at the time I felt no judgement from anyone, only support and encouragement. Over the past two years I have had continual support and encouragement in both my training and my weightloss. Having lost over 80kgs this support and the family culture of the gym is attributed to the ease in which I feel my journey has been. The gym facilities are world class, Elvis' knowledge is extensive in MMA and he is able to translate that knowledge to all ages.
